Oldham Athletic Live Score Alerts (Privacy Focused)

No ads. No tracking. Just the goals.

I built a simple, private alert system for Oldham Athletic matches. It sends a notification to your phone the moment a goal is scored or when the match is about to kick off.

Unlike standard apps, this doesn’t track you, doesn’t drain your battery, and relies on a free, open-source app called Ntfy.

Step 1: Get the App

You need the Ntfy app to receive the alerts. It is free and safe.

iPhone Users: Download on the App Store
Android Users: Download on Google Play
(Privacy enthusiasts can also find it on F-Droid)

Step 2: Subscribe to the Alerts

Once you have installed the app, follow these simple steps to connect to my private server:

Open the Ntfy app and tap the + (plus) button.
Tap on “Use another server” (or change the server from ntfy.sh to Custom).
In the Server URL box, type this exact address: https://ntfy.douglasireland.com
In the Topic name box, type: oldhamscore
Tap Subscribe.

That’s it!

You are now connected. You don’t need to create an account or give me your email.

What you will get:

🔔 1 Hour Warning: A reminder 60 minutes before kick-off.
⚽ Goal Alerts: Instant notifications whenever a goal is scored.

To stop receiving alerts, just swipe the subscription to the left in the app and delete it.
